Our Lenovo service offering through our Platinum level partner status with Lenovo
Micro-D has achieved Platinum level partner status with Lenovo. This designation recognizes our capabilities in building IT solutions based on Lenovo’s technologies.
Leveraging this partnership, our Value Proposition is to offer a commercial type environment for the SME South African IT user to experience Lenovo products and solutions. Traditionally this type of experience has only been afforded to the large enterprises (such as banks and government bodies).
Further Micro-D in collaboration with Lenovo manage a five step process that ensures the SME user receives a high level of attention with input from the vendor, distributor and business partner (Micro D), this process being:
- Identify and engage the client
- Visit to our Innovation Centre / Road mapping
- Special pricing application to Lenovo
- Demo units
In summary, Micro-D’s approach will appeal to the startup entrepreneur who needs sound advice and does not want to order online or visit a retail store through to a large group who have many sub enterprises and are looking for a value added partner to work with them in a hands on manner whilst procuring their IT product.
